FLSUN, a global leading delta 3D printer manufacturer, plans to attend RAPID + TCT 2024, North America’s largest additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing event, to be held from June 25-27 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
FLSUN will bring a striking line-up of 3D printers to the exhibition, including its latest creations FLSUN S1, FLSUN T1 and previous-generation products FLSUN V400 and FLSUN SR. These cutting-edge products are poised to revolutionize the world of additive manufacturing, offering users unparalleled precision, speed, and versatility.
FLSUN S1, the flagship model, comes withs full metal frame and glass enclosure design and boasts a generous build volume of 320 x 320 x 430 mm. As a high-speed printer, S1’s max speed can reach up to 1,200 mm/s with an acceleration of up to 40,000 mm²/s and a volumetric flow rate of 110 mm³. The printer is also equipped with a microtac radar to control the quality and precision of the print. Its all-metal hot-end can reach up to 350℃ temperatures, allowing the use of industrial-grade filaments.
The printer even integrated more convenient features, for example, a dedicated chamber for filament drying, a CPAP turbo fan works at an incredible speed of 40,000 rpm to cool the printed layers, and an integrated HEPA air filter as well as an activated carbon filtration to reduce the damage to the environment.
FLSUN T1 is positioned as a more accessible counterpart to the flagship S1. T1 offers a build volume of 260 x 260 x 330 mm, an astonishing printing speed of 1000 mm/s, a maximum acceleration of 30000 mm/s² and a maximum flow rates of 90 mm³/s. Its print nozzle can be heated to up to 300 °C, enabling the use of various filament materials. As a versatile, all-in-one printing solution, the T1 is equipped with automatic levelling, vibration compensation and AI cameras to optimize the printing process.
FLSUN V400 is the best seller of FLSUN. The V400 features a fast-printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s and an acceleration of 10 000 mm/s². The pre-installed full Klipper firmware allows a first-class printing experience and ensures high user-friendliness. The printer’s hotend and extruder even have been combined to provide a particularly compact and lightweight system.
FLSUN SR, also known as FLSUN Super Racer, offers a print area of 260 × 260 × 330mm and a maximum print speed of up to 200 mm/s. The printer is equipped with automatic levelling, capacitive color touchscreen and TMC2209 stepper drivers, ensuring a more user-friendly and convenient usage experience as well as an ultra-quiet printing environment.
